We customize cores based on efficiency and system requirements. Options include stacked core configurations with cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel (CRGO) or amorphous alloy cores, which are ideal for reducing no-load losses in utility distribution networks.
We achieve this reduction through optimized foil winding, which helps dissipate heat better than conventional round wire. We also design open cooling ducts and select high-thermal-resistance oil and insulation paper.
